谭芳律师(合伙人)

 

中国人民大学民商法硕士,知名民商法、公司法律师。曾任法官11年,律师执业7年。现为上海市法学会会员、上海市律师协会民事法律研究会委员、上海市红十字会律师团成员。代理过多起颇具社会影响的案件,其中2起被编入《中国法院案例选编》。先后担任28家国内外知名企业法律顾问,熟悉国内外经济法律制度,为多家大型合资、外商独资、内资企业提供了专项法律服务,参与公司经营与管理的运作,所服务的多家顾问公司逐渐发展成国内外同行知名企业。 2006年荣获全国建筑行业领域百名优秀律师,2007年荣获全国民营企业受欢迎十佳律师。2008年被评为徐汇区司法行政系统优秀共产党员。凭借坚实的法律基础和18年的司法实践经验,在参与公司运营治理的过程中,无论是争议产生初期的风险防范,抑或是诉讼无可避免时,科学完善的战略分析及方案制定,谭芳律师始终从客户角度出发,向客户提供高效可靠的法律服务及解决法案,最大限度维护委托人的合法权益。

Tan fang (Attorney, Senior Partner)

 

Graduated from People’s University Of China with an LL.M degree in civil and commercial law. Attorney Tan specializes in foreign investment, corporate, real estate, litigation and arbitration. Tan Fang served her time as judge for more than 10 years and practices of law since 2001. Attorney Tan is member of China Law Society, Civil Law Study Committee Of Shanghai Bar Association, Counsel of International Red Cross in Shanghai.  Many of the litigations and arbitrations in which she has served as counsel have been large and complex disputes involving multinational corporations and financial institutions operating in China. Including of these cases, two of them have been filed in “Selection Cases Of Chinese Courts”. Upon to now, Attorney Tan has acted as project or corporate legal counsel for dozens of large investment companies at home and aboard. With solid legal theory, combined with nearly 18 years of practice, Tan Fang is able to provide efficient and reliable legal strategies and practical solutions to clients facing varying circumstances.  In the early stages of disputes, Tan Fang often offers the most effective approach to minimize the potential risk of litigation.  In disputes where litigation is inevitable, her experience allows her to formulate solid strategic planning based on the positions of his clients, tailored for the different demands of each case.  She is adept at focusing on points to turn clients’ relatively disadvantageous positions into more favorable positions in order to tactfully guide the dispute to an amicable resolution.
